Work Location Reporting

Summary

Functionality needed to limit the available options for an employee to choose work location override

Content

Employees should only be able to choose a work location override for jurisdictions where the company the employee is in is registered in.  As it is currently, and employee or the HR department can change an employee's work location to any and all jurisdictions, even an authority that the company (which the employee is attached to) is not registered in.  This leaves the company liable to register for these "new" authorities, even if it is not in the company's best interest.
