Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) customers MUST upgrade to the Enhanced Talent Profile (a.k.a. Profiles V2).  (This is required since 19A.)

As an ORC customer if you have not fully  upgrade to the Enhanced Talent (V2) Profile, ORC will not work properly in relation to the Talent Profile.  

If you are  still on the Classic (V1) Talent Profile, you need to upgrade  Talent Profiles to use Enhanced Talent Profiles (a.k.a. Profiles V2).  The critical document to review is Upgrading Oracle Fusion Profile Management (Doc ID 2421964.1).

Of special note:  Upgrading to Profiles V2 for ORC you need to be aware that other HCM applications that interface to Profiles – such as Performance Management, Talent Review/Succession, Goal Management, Career Development, and Learn – will automatically start to use Profiles V2 once Profiles V2 will be activated as a result of the update required by ORC.
