How to allocate Manage Budget task to a specific manager only

Hello experts,

I have launched a compensation plan campaign, but I want that only the compensation admin can MANAGE BUDGET (see the attached screen).

However, it happens that all direct managers  taking part in the approval flow see the highlighted task. The question is: how can I make that task visible to compensation admin only?
