Creating an Organization Goal - HDL Spreadsheet Loader Template

We are looking to utilize HDL Spreadsheet Loader to create a template to load Organization Goals. Our intent is not to assign the Organization Goals directly to the employee's goal plan, but to allow the employee to view via the Goals Shared with Me section and add if they wish.
We would appreciate if anyone could provide an HDL Spreadsheet Loader template with the necessary attributes to create Org Goals in this scenario.
