Summary

Scenario in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud when a person withdraws his resignation.

Content

Hi Folks,

I had  a query related to  a scenario in the HCM cycle wherein a person might withdraw his/her papers when serving notice. How is this situation handled in Oracle HCM Cloud because what I have observed is that once a resignation record is created in HCM, we would not be able to reinstate the record to its active status. Atleast this does not happen via HDL load which is what I have tried. Need help in understanding the same. Is there a way to reinstate the employee record if he withdraws resignation during notice period.
