Resume Parsing Issue

Hello,

We recently had an issue with the resume parsing section of our application in Taleo. The resume wouldn't be recognized and the candidate wouldn't be able to apply. We had a fix applied by Oracle, but some candidates are still experiencing issues. Is this happening to anyone else? We're not able to replicate the issue with the impacted candidates resume, so we wonder if something else is happening. We're in the middle of fall campus recruiting and have a high volume of candidates right now, so any guidance would be appreciated.
