Fast Formula to Pull Performance Rating from Performance Document

Hi,

I know i have asked before about getting the compensation performance rating to match the performance document rating but here is my dilemma. We will be using the performance calibration feature in the comp module and it will kick off early in the performance period so that calibration can happen for different groups of people at different times.  Ideally, i would like the compensation performance rating to already be filled in with that of the rating from the performance document.  I have tried dynamic columns and that did not seem to work nor could the the manager update the compensation
