FYI..Changing a saved exp type automatically changes the project for that exp item in multiline exp

Encountered an interesting Bug.. Verify if you also encounter the same issue and update your findings/thoughts.

1. Create a expense report, with multiple lines and each line have its own distinct project number and task.

2. Save the expense report.

3. Open the expense report and change exp type for any expense item line.

4. Notice the project number also changes to another project

Ideally, if you change the expense type, either the project value should remain same or it should be blank, so that the project value can be entered again.
