IN:Salary Pay Element to show sum of all allowances

Is it possible for us to show sum total of all components of total compensation for India employees in the pay element IN: Salary (for e.g. IN:Salary to include total of Basic Pay and all other allowances such as LTA, PF contribution, Telephone Allowance etc.), without having access to Payroll Module of Oracle HCM Cloud?
