To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

ORC - Agent Invite notification
Summary
Agent invite notification: what if the recipient is wrong?Content
Hi,
when using the agency functionality and adding an agent to a job requisition, the invite message for the agent (IRC_Agent_Invite_Alert) is immediately sent, it is not required a validation, for example with a "Submit" option. What if the recruiter has made an error choosing the wrong agent? Do you know if:
- There is a possibility to delay the sending of the correspondence, and avoid it if the recruiter does a correction removing the agent from job requisition?
- Is it possible to set an automatic correspondence to send to the agent if he is removed from the job requisition?
