Within the enhanced talent profile, is there an option to set default values for specific populations? I.e. - can you set one default value for one business unit and other default value for a different business unit?  I see the "Default Value" field within the Edit Content Section page, but I'm wondering if we can take this a step further and give different populations different default values, rather than everyone in the system the same default value.

I also know you can default Content Sections as a whole onto the Person Profile for all users, but is there the option to default a Content Section for only a specified group of users.  I.e., if a certain group of Engineers should have an "Engineering Skills" Content Section defaulted onto their profile.
