The approval notification doesn't come to the approver

Hi,

I configured the approval workflow for the job requisition but the approver doesn't receive the notification and I'm not able to see from the transaction summary section who is in charge of the approval. I also configured a flow with only an user as approver to be sure I'm not wrong with the configuration but the problem persists.

The configuration rule is based on business unit and in staging environment the same rule worked.

Does anyone know what I can verify? I have no idea if the problem can be for the approver roles or for a problem concerning sending notification or for other reasons.
