Inbound Element Entries are dropping for terminated employees - Please suggest the FF logic change

Content

Hi Gurs,

I have an Inbound Interface, which will element entry for the  based on the effective date - pay period end date.

The effective date that is used to create the element entries for the inbound was the pay period end date.

If we use the PAy Period start date, lot of New Hires were dropping off as they were not effective as of the Pay Period Start date.

So we started using the pay period end date.

But now, some of the terminated employees are dropping. So we need to check if the employee is Terminated, then use the pay period start date.
