I'm trying to understand where the values that would show for these three fields come from. I assumed that Risk of Loss and Impact of Loss would come from the Profile (which could be fed by Talent Review once a meeting is submitted/completed). I created a talent review meeting and entered values for my test cases, then submitted it, but the values are not showing when I go to their succession tab in person spotlight.
And what is job criticality? Where/how is that defined/derived?
