As I'm a FAST Engineer within HCM, I have two accounts that are requesting to use x509 SSL certificates as part of two-way communications via HCM-based web services, including data-load and HCM Extract-related web service methods. This is documented via HCM Data Loader R11 PDF via Oracle HCM Data Loader: User Guide ( Doc ID 1664133.1  which uses the oracle/wss11_username_token_with_message_protection_client_policy.

Already advised accounts that these web service methods already support PGP Signed and Unsigned SSL certificates, This is documented via
