Job Requisition Security Profile

Job Requisition Security Profile by Organization does not work

Hi,

I have configured a Job Requisition security profile based on Organization and associated it to the recruiter's data role but the recruiter sees only the job requisition created by himself.

We would need for our client to configure two type of visualization of the Job requisitions: one based on the Organization and another based on the ownership of the requisition.

Is it possible?
