Is it recommended to create new Employee role after each Oracle update or use Oracle seeded role?

What does all Fusion users do about Employee role? Do you use the Oracle seeded role or create a new copy of seeded role after every update? Or do you have some other procedure that works for your installation better. Looking for options as we found that after 19C the mobile responsive pages for Time&Absence module do not work with our seeded copy of Employee role from before that update.
