Add Button in Payment Method to be Hidden or Removed

Hi Team,

Please let me know the steps to hide the Add button in Personal Payment Methods from Employee Self Service. 

Note: We had hidden this in test/dev instance using personalization and also it was in simplified UI. Now having changed to responsive UI in Production instance, when we try doing personalization / remove some privileges in Employee role, the following things occurs: 1. Page goes blank / throws error 2. Entire personal payment method is hidden.

Am i missing something here?
