In our organization, many users are holding HR Admin role with access to all Performance admin tasks like 'Cancel', 'Delete', 'Create' and so on.

Is there any Table/Subject area which holds the details (WHO column/Last updated by and Date columns) like when the document was cancelled, when was it deleted, when was it created.
