Help Performance Section info Cannot Coexist with Overall Ratings

I get an error when I put section rating and overall Ratings together

Hi All,

I created a report that shows Overall Manager Rating but when I try to pulling in section names to display section ratings the report fails with the error below.  I have attached the archived report that works without the section info.  how can I include section ratings along with overall ratings?
