Is it possible to turn off the "Receive In Full" option or hide this functionality from requesters?

We would like to figure out if it is possible to turn off the "Receive In Full" option in OracleCloud. For 3-way match, PO backed Invoices, when AP matches an invoice to the PO, the requester receives the "Receipt Confirmation" email. Within that email, there are 4 options for the requester to choose from:

1. Receive In Full

2. Receive Up To Invoiced Amount

3. Did Not Receive

4. Request More Information

Is it possible to remove/hide the "Receive In Full" option?
