Unable to find Pending Workers in New Person work area

Hi Gurus,

After moving the external candidate to HR phase, I am not able to find the candidate in the pending workers area. I didn't had this issue a week go. Not sure what has changed. Does anyone faced similar issue. Any inputs/leads from previous experiences would be of great help.
