Can we do Worksheet level Security?

Hi All,

We have requirement for compensation to secure data based on region, so we have created new custom role for only to view APAC region. 
With this role HRBP is able to search only APAC EE's from administer worker and other than APAC she cannot access EE's.

From Act as Proxy she is able to search only APAC managers not other region managers she could access. For Testing We added UK region EE to India manager
Now HRBP can do proxy with India Manager and she can see UK EE in his worksheet.

So our requirement is that HRBP should not see UK EE in worksheet. So can we do any worksheet level Security to not display UK EE in worksheet when
