Add Imagine in Job Offert letter

I Guys,

I want to add the Logo of my client in the Job Offer Letter. I simply added the logo in the .RTF file, but it is only visible in the pdf format. When I upload the .zip file (conteined the .xml and the .rtf file) in the system, the logo is not visible in the Job Offer Letter. How can i solve the problem?
