I am looking to have the Career and Work Preferences that appear under Career Planning currently to appear under Career Development

Using 19C RUI - and currently Career and Work preferences appear within Career Planning -  I would like to have the Career and Work Preferences appear within the Career Development.   Is this possible via configuration or does it require a personalisation ?
