Catalog to display results in order of Supplier Preference

Is there a way to configure the displayed results to order the available purchase by preferred vendor?  For example, user searches for Air Filter, Air Filters are supplied by three Vendors, all on an ASL, Vendor 1, Vendor 2, Vendor 3.  Results display in order of preference, and if possible a star rating of the vendor?
