Job Posting Notifications (JPN) for Internal Mobility

We are looking to enhance internal mobility by using Job Posting Notifications

Within Taleo, we have modified our JPN for use within our organization.  We have left the default settings of everything required in the match criteria (except locations by residences) and made some adjustments to the matching candidate filters: By default: Internals Only, that have updated their profile in the last 3 months and match the OLF of the selected requisition, including ORG.  While we do allow our recruiters to change those values, these are the defaulted values.

In addition, we updated the correspondence to be internal facing only with Internal Career Section links.  It has been sent to an external occasionally, but overall, it is being used as we configured.
