Restrict Inventory Destination Type for a small group of users

Only a small group of users should be able to create a requisition with inventory destination type

Hi all, please, do you know any way to restrict Invetory Destination Type for a small group of users ?

 

The idea is that only a specific group of users shold be able to create a requisition with inventory destination type. All other regular users should only request for expenses destination type.
