When generating our Total Compensation Statement, I get the error that no compensation item values are found for the person.

When generating our Total Compensation Statement, I get a message that "no compensation item values are found for the person" with a code following "CMS-3240020". Even though that person has the values associated and the process runs through as a "success", there is no statement generated. It worked before our dev environment was refreshed and now no statements will generate. Anyone else have this issue? 

I have attached a screenshot of the error.
