Options for forcing candidates to provide X years of work history

We are looking for options to force or validate than candidates have provided X years of work history

Hi,

We are looking at options to streamline our background check process by forcing candidates to enter X years of work history on our second pass application flow.  In config, it's possible to force a minimum number of work experience entries, but not a range.  Has anyone come up with a creative way around this?
