We have a requirement to stop Edit or new Award compensation entries if they are made effective in 2019 but allow edits or new entry after 01-Jan-2020. This cannot be achieved using Plan access details config on Individual Comp plan. is there a way to allow Edit or new Award Compensation to effective after 01-Jan-2020 and raise an error if Effective Date of change is in 2019?
