I have the roles of Payroll Administrator and Payroll Manager, yet I am unable to access Payroll > Checklist task

Hi,

I have the roles of Payroll Administrator and Payroll Manager assigned to my user, yet I am unable to access Payroll > Checklist task. I need this task to check the extract run details for integration. Any leads on this will be helpful. There is no customization on this item.
