How to exclude some line managers from salary review campaign

Hello experts,

our customers would like to open compensation plan to some line managers only by excluding others.

Is there a way to exclude some managers from salary review process? Oracle standard behavior automatically open compensation plans to all line managers.

One way could be to delete compensation roles, but they appear in reporting. 

Do you know other ways?
