I am doing my first annual enrolment and one thing that has been raised is that we cannot include employees whose Assignment status is Suspended as their benefits will be ended and a new one will not be created.  These employees are entitled to retain these benefits even though their status is suspended.

Our rates are changing and therefore we need to ensure that their rates are updated and i have been advised that the only way to do this is to revert the status back to active, process a life event and then revert them back to Suspended which will result in a lot of manual work.
