Staging Refresh

Missing candidate attachmentsContent
Has anyone done a staging refresh recently (past couple of days/weeks) and have noticed candidate attachments missing (i.e., resume, cover letter, etc.). We've seen our candidate attachment purged. We did ask Oracle and they said attachments are not part of the refresh anymore. We want to run this with the community just to get a validation that this is the new norm.
