Future Dated Grade Rate Change

Hello,

I have a set of grade rate changes that are effective for January 1, 2020.

When we update the current grade rates with these changes, and this effective date and then FUTURE DATE search for an employee with the same grade attached I don't see the effective compa-ratio change.  Is this possible?

In addition, we are also about to launch our annual Workforce Compensation process whereby the employee shows current compa-ratio at current rate and then I would want to see what the future compa ratio would be based on the January 1, 2020 grade rate change but it doesn't appear to update.  IT shows compa-ratio based on current grade rate.
