Smartview Extensions

I downloaded the Smartview extensions for Close Tasks and Supplemental Data ... I have these in my FCCS application and can see the new ribbons for both in Excel, yet all options are grayed out.   In SmartView options, both of these are selected as "Enabled".  Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?????
