To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered. (newly added) Please note that it is also important to respond to EACH comment your question receives. Your Yes or No response ensures an accurate status for your question.

HR Users Seeing Benefits Data
Summary
HR Users Seeing Benefits DataContent
We recently moved to responsive pages throughout our UI. HR users used to be able to go to ME/Benefits icon and a Parameters page would pop up....this allowed them to search for an employee and see their benefits self service screens. With us turning on responsive pages, this is no longer working?
Two questions: 1) Anyone else experience this?
2) How do you allow HR users to see employee benefits? This is a requirement for us for HR to help answer questions for employees, etc.
