Profile V2: Display full list of values instead of recent items

Hi All,
In the new mobile responsive UI, we are seeing that when a value is previously selected in an LOV, it appears in recent items. This is preventing end users from looking at the complete list of values available for them to choose from. End users have to type in some letters in order for search results to populate in the LOVs.
This design assumes that the end user knows or has to know the available values in the choice list. What if the end user doesn't know the exact name of the value available in the drop down?
