Question on Poland labor law

edited Oct 23, 2019 7:05PM in Taleo Enterprise

Summary

Question on Poland labor law that prohibits capturing candidate's address/residence information

Content

Hi, We have received a request of regulatory nature under Polish labor law that is asking us to remove address, City, and residence fields from candidate job submission page for Poland region.

Our design for candidate pages and job submission pages are fairly global in nature. My concern is contextualizing those key residence fields may lead to unwarranted consequences, especially as personal info fields are shared between form used in our job submission flow and the candidate file.

Has anyone come across such request and was contextualizing residence fields to exclude Poland region the solution that you opted ? or is there any other viable recommendation ?

Howdy, Stranger!
