This is our first year completing Open Enrollment on Cloud. Our Open enrollment period is 10/23-11/6. When an employee has an October event with coverage starting 11/1, we are finding the Open enrollment window begin date is set to 11/1 instead of 10/23. This means the employee cannot enroll in Open for the first week of the enrollment period. Is there a setting to allow them to enroll prior to 11/1? If not, how are you communicating this limitation to the affected employees?
