Hi,

The privilege 'View Development Goals by HR' allows us to provide view only access to Development Goals which is very useful and is used by our Talent Team; i.e. the Talent Team would not add any new Development Goals to Employees they merely view them.

Is there an equivalent view privilege for viewing Performance Goals?  Ideally we want our Talent Team to have access to Employees Performance Goals but not edit or add new ones.  Please Note: I would prefer not to go down the route of Personalising the pages since it is far easier to control access via Roles.
