Override Salary Range in Workforce Compensation

Hello Everyone,

Looking for recommendations.  I have a compensation plan with an HR extraction date of 11/1/2019. I need to look at the grade rate as of 1/1/2020 so that the 'Salary Range Compa-Ratio - Current' calculates using the new ranges. Thinking I need to override the columns 'Salary Range Low - Current', 'Salary Range Midpoint - Current' and 'Salary Range High - Current'. How best to accomplish this? Derived factor? Formula? Dynamic Column?

Appreciate any guidance.

Thanks,

Susan
