Custom Offer Step

Is anyone using a custom offer step in their workflow?

Hello,

We currently use the RSOFFER step in our main workflow. When a candidate is placed into "Offer Accepted," this triggers a feed from Taleo to PeopleSoft, where the candidate is loaded as a pending hire.

However, we're looking to create a new workflow specifically for an acquisition but we don't want them loaded into our system yet. Therefor, I don't want to use the RSOFFER step because when a candidate accepts, our current feed will load them into PeopleSoft - which I don't want. I'm trying to see if I can create a custom offer step to avoid this, but I'm not entirely sure how that works.
