How to send email notification with dynamic HTML table. The number of rows in table will vary.

I have a requirement where i need to send email notification of all the error records in the file. following details i would like to send in the email body in a tabular format as below. How can i achieve this in OIC using Notification? I couldnt see an option to use XSL for notification.

Line Number Record Identifier Error Reason
10 190990 Invalid Character
25 190789 Missing CR/LF
