Are there more detailed instructions for generating RTF compensation change statement templates?  I found the Vision compensation change statement example (the generated pdf, not the rtf behind it).  I am wondering if there is a post or doc with sample RTFs and then what the generated output would display, along with documentation.

I can probably create from scratch, but am hoping to avoid reinventing the wheel.  Attached is the Vision Sample I found.  I would love the RTF behind this, and other samples (both RTF and output) if they exist.
