Rest API security role to update a worker

We are looking at using the rest option "Update a worker email" to make edits to the email address and the primary flag. I am trying to determine which rest security role is needed for this update. In the authorize section that lists out roles needed, I am not sure which area this would fall under. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
