PDF output download is saving as .htm format

Hi,

We are generating letters using rtf template. And the output format and default format is set to "PDF".

While downloading through Google chrome browser it is saving as .htm format.

Did anyone face the same issue? Is there any workaround?

Note: Mozilla Firefox it is getting saved in .pdf format.
