Confirmation message while submitting performance documeny

When manager submits performance document , there's no confirmation message (pop up ) format appearing . Instead hes redirected to main page again. Refer screen shot for clarity .

Hi Team ,

we are currently on Fusion HCM 19C . We have observed whenever manager submits performance document , there's no confirmation pop up message (format ) appearing . Instead hes redirected to main page again.Id there any we can enable those pop up confirmation messages .
