Unable to access a folder in Manage questionnaire

Hi Team,
Navigation: Setup and maintenance>Setup: Recruiting and Candidate Experience>Candidate Job Applications>Manage Questionnaires> Subscriber Recruiting > Questionnaire Library
There are 3 folders under it, out of which as soon as I click "Prescreening" I am getting an error "Unable to retrieve content. Additional information for "Remote Region error #80".
Please let me know if anyone has faced the same issue and what did you do to resolve it, I would like to delete that folder.
